Shipping Information:
- ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED BY USPS...POST OFFICE
- We try to ship within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order
- If needed by a Specific Date, please put a note on the Checkout Page
- For smaller, lighter items, we offer 1st Class Tracked Mail - 3 to 5 days.
- In the US: Postal Service Priority Mail Tracked if you need your order a little faster
- Priority Mail service is 2 to 3 days to most areas of the country
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order at the beginning of the checkout process. Please call with any questions.
- For Faster Shipping, we offer USPS Express Mail to MOST areas - 1 to 2 Days - Shipped that Day if needed
- APO's = Same shipping as Continental US - USPS (Correct Billing Address Required)

- Outside the US: FIRST CLASS POSTAL INTERNATIONAL MAIL for most countries
- Global Priority & Global Express for Faster Delivery
- Priced according to weight & country during checkout.
- Any and all Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Orders over $100 will be shipped via Global Priority

Product Guarantee:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with our product... Email or call for return authorization
- Return with a copy of the invoice within 15 days of receipt for full refund for merchandise (Less original shipping charges and any discount that may have been deducted)
- We will exchange or issue an e-Store credit after 15 days
- Merchandise returned for a Credit or Exchange must be in New Condition and unused.
- Shipping back to the Customer on Exchanged Items will be paid by the Customer
Return Policy:
- NO RETURNS ON SEASONAL MERCHANDISE or SPECIAL ORDERS
- ALL Orders over $100.00 that are returned are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
- Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus the original shipping
- Holiday Gift returns/exchanges should be made by January 15th
- After the 15 Days - Items may be returned for exchange or e-store credit/gift certificate
- Returns should be accompanied with copy of original receipt
- But, if this was a gift, just let us know who sent you the gift
- Damaged or broken merchandise will be repaired or replaced immediately
