Rainbow Connection $50 Gift Certificate Contest Rules:
Contest Runs July 16 – July 31, 2008
- All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
- No purchase necessary. You may enter the contest by placing your order on
line at www.rainbowconnection.com.
- For those who wish to enter the contest without
making a purchase, just join our Mail list located on the right side of every page.
- The 4 Lucky Winners will be selected randomly on Monday, August 4th.
- All applicable taxes and shipping charges are the sole responsibility
of the winner.
- All prizes will be awarded in the form of a Gift Certificate to be redeemed at www.rainbowconnection.com
- Winners will be notified by email and/or phone (if provided) at the email address listed on their order or Mail List entry.
- Failure to provide a working email address constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the
property of The The Rainbow Connection. Another winner will be selected.
- By participating in the $50 Gift Certificate Contest, winners and contestants grant
permission to The Rainbow Connection to post their names on www.rainbowconnection.com without additional
consideration.
- The Rainbow Connection reserves the right to make rule or contest
changes without notice at any time.
- The decision of the management of The Rainbow Connection's interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to
be bound by the decision of the judges and the official rules.
- If a winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required
to forfeit his/her prize.
